FAQ-1616 What To Do if You Have Special Pricing Circumstances


Please contact our Support Department if you have special call costing needs that you need implemented in the Comm One Call Accounting Software.  Each customer that we set up has their own call configuration file and we are able to modify that script to fit costing needs for any special pricing that you require.  If you prefer to have the call costing disabled we can help you with that as well.
