FAQ-1128 How Do I Stop Call Processing From The Windows Task Manager?

Run the STOPCA.BAT batch file located in your c:\ca20xx directory and the Call Processing should close.


**If you force call processing closed, you may need to run the CHECK INDEXES Utility before you start any Comm One Programs.
