How do I run an Extensions with No Calls Report?
- Start the Comm One Call Accounting.
- Click on REPORT on the top menu bar.
- Select CALL CENTER REPORTS from the report list.
- Select EXTENSIONS WITH NO CALLS REPORT.
- When the Extensions with No Calls Report screen pops up, select the options you want and select OK.
- You will now see the Extensions with No Calls Report.
