How do I run a Favorite Number Report?
- Start the Comm One Call Accounting.
- Click on REPORT on the top menu bar.
- Select CALL CENTER REPORTS from the report list.
- Select FAVORITE NUMBER REPORT.
- You will receive a notification that will redirect you to the Query Call Detail Menu, select OK.
- When the Query Call Detail Menu screen pops up, select the options you want and select OK.
- You will now see the Favorite Number Report.
