How do I run a Calls Not Answered Report?
- Start the Comm One Call Accounting.
- Click on REPORT on the top menu bar.
- Select CALL CENTER REPORTS from the report list.
- Select CALLS NOT ANSWERED REPORT.
- When the Calls Not Answered Report screen pops up, select the options you want and select OK.
- You will now see the Calls Not Answered Report.
