How do I resolve the "File CALLOG.DBF is corrupt" error when I start the Comm One Call Capture Utility.
Click on the following link and download a new CALLOG.DBF file and save it into the \LOG_SERIAL directory under your Comm One Folder. Replace the existing file. If you receive a message that says the file is in use, then you may need to reboot your machine before you download this file.
For Example, using the 2017 version the directory would be c:\ca2017\log_serial.
