FAQ-1146 Can I specify a time range for the Time of Day Traffic Report?


The report is a daily report. It will show all calls made within a 24 hour period by date. If you have calls being made at 3am in the morning, they will show on that report. If you only have calls showing from 7 to 5, then there are no calls outside that time range for the date range selected.

There is no time option on that report, it runs for a full day.
